Palace of Water

Palace of Water is a sky blue polish packed with mauve-coral-gold-green shimmer and ultra-fine silver holographic glitter in a sheer jelly base. 

The cerulean base of this polish is very sheer, and reads as azure on the nail. The shimmer is heliotrope purple when viewed head-on, shifting through coral and gold to green at oblique angles.
